Sticky Hands

One of the most unique aspects of Wing Chun is a cooperative partner-based drill called Chi-Sao (Aka “Sticky Hands”) Proper development of Chi Sao allows the WC practitioner to develop the skills to control her opponent by (ironically) controlling herself, having the confidence and skills to calmly face incoming threats, and to generate sustainable natural power through biomechanical structure. While Chi Sao is not actual fighting, it develops the skills to fight, by incorporating all the principles, theories, and concepts of Wing Chun in a dynamic environment.
